GMO-Free Animal Rennet

90% of the cheeses in the U.S. are made with a Pfizer vegetable rennet manufactured from GMO soy and/or corn. Yes, Big Pharm has its over-reach even in the cheeses you have thought to be most healthy. At Simply Grassfed, we use Organic Animal Rennet in our all our cheese making except the Kosher Cheeses which the rabbi who certifies the cheese will not certify the cheese with an animal rennet so we use a Microbial Rennet that is not made by Pfizer.
