Our organic raw Swiss is made with raw A2/A2 cow's milk and is aged 3-8 months.

It is mild and has a sweet buttery flavor. Perfect as a fondue, in a quiche, or snacking with apples, pears, and grapes.


All of our organic raw cheese is A2/A2 and contains 100% A2 beta-casein protein.

Made in small batches from raw milk from 100% pasture-raised grass-fed cows. No Hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs.

Science is showing that the A1 beta-casein protein can be harmful to our health, sometimes causing chronic long-term illness. Some people who cannot tolerate conventional dairy can handle A2/A2 dairy.

This is why we choose to make A2/A2 cheese. It’s for the love of cheese!
