OK, it’s not really just “grass” like it is in your front yard, it’s pasture. Our 100% grass fed and finished ruminant animals eat a diverse mix of grasses, legumes, and other plants. They eat fresh pasture in the warmer months, and dried pasture (AKA hay) in the colder months.
