Our cheddar cheese is made with raw A2/A2 cow's milk and aged 6-10 months.
This is our version of a medium cheddar. Firm but crumbly and has a slightly sharper flavor than our mild. Pairs well with apples, grapes, and cured meats. Also goes great on a burger. Won 2nd Place at Pennsylvania Farm Show.
Made in small batches from raw milk from 100% pasture-raised grass-fed cows. No Hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs.
Science is showing that the A1 beta-casein protein can be harmful to our health, sometimes causing chronic long-term illness. Some people who cannot tolerate conventional dairy can handle A2/A2 dairy.
This is why we choose to make A2/A2 cheese. It’s for the love of cheese!
