Our old-time Scottish breed cows (Murray Greys, Red Devons, Aberdeen Angus, and Baldies)  graze well on our chemical-free pastures of alfalfa, blue grass, white and red clover, orchard grass, wildflowers, turnip greens, oat grass, and herbs and produce high yield, nutritious, and deliciously tender beef.

Our 80/20 fat ratio keeps our burgers juicy and not dried out like other’s leaner cuts and grounds. Our higher fat content also provides more of the essential fatty acids for your health. The anticipation makes it hard to not grab it off the grill while it’s “still mooing”. The flavors will make your mouth water. And, our clean beef makes a safe and tasty steak tartar with an egg cracked on top and little black pepper and fresh tomato slice.

We take clean beef to the highest level. Most butchers clean their equipment and the meat with chlorine bleach or other toxic chemicals. The healthier facilities use organic Citric or Lactic Acid . We clean our Super Ground Beef with only organic apple cider vinegar.
