Our sirloin steak is naturally pasture raised and comes from 100% grass fed and finished cows that are antibiotic free, hormone free, corn & soy free, and GMO free.
Sirloin Steak is a mouthwatering prime steak.
Sirloin Steak semi-lean cut sourced from near the spine of the cow, running from the 13th rib to the end up the hip bone. Sirloin does not have a lot of intramuscular fat.
Sirloin steaks are packed with flavor. Grilling or pan-searing is the best way to enjoy this steak. Keep it simple and quickly sear to not overcook.
Drizzle on a healthy helping of grass fed butter.

Our old-time Scottish breed cows (Murray Greys, Red Devons, Aberdeen Angus, and Baldies) graze well on our high-altitude, chemical-free pastures of alfalfa, blue grass, white and red clover, orchard grass, wildflowers, turnip greens, oat grass, and herbs that produce high yield, nutritious, and deliciously tender beef.
