Pork Tenderloin is lean and tender.

The tenderloin comes from the muscle that runs along the backbone of the pig.

For even more flavor and to ensure the pork tenderloin is juicy, marinate overnight. Whisk maple syrup, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and rosemary together. Brush the tenderloin with the marinade, cover, and leave in the fridge overnight. When you're ready to cook, sear the tenderloin on both sides, then finish cooking in the oven.
