Is pork liver just as nutrient-dense as beef and chicken liver? Yes and no. It's not as high in Vitamin A as beef and chicken liver, but it is higher in selenium. Selenium is a mineral that helps reduce inflammation and boosts immunity.
A great way to prepare pork liver is to make a pate. Cook pork liver with onion, garlic, ginger, and parsley. Add ingredients to a food processor and pulse until it comes together.
Chill and then serve with French sourdough baguette.
