Our NY Strip Steaks are naturally pasture raised and come from 100% grass fed and finished cows that are antibiotic free, hormone free, corn & soy free, and GMO free.
NY Strip Steak is a cut taken from the short loin of a cow.
This is includes the sizable Longissimus muscle which makes for larger tender cuts. The NY Strip Steak's rich marbling gives it a juicy, beefy flavor that requires no seasoning. Keep it simple and lightly sear on the grill or in a skillet. The Strip makes a meal of its own.
