Naked bacon is sliced pork belly.
You can cook naked bacon on the stove or in the oven. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the bacon on it. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until it's crispy.
You can also soak naked bacon in a brining solution overnight. Make different flavored bacon by adding maple, brown sugar, or garlic to your brine.
