Delmonico Steak is tender and juicy.
This cut comes from the rib area of the cow.
Delmonico steak is also known as a boneless ribeye or Scotch fillet. They have intense marbling, which makes them extra juicy. Simply season with salt and pepper and cook on the stove or grill. Enjoy with herbed butter.
