Organ meats, like beef hearts, offer a variety of nutrients. Beef hearts are packed with B vitamins, folate, iron, zinc, and selenium. When prepared correctly, some say the taste and texture is similar to steak.
Marinate overnight, then generously salt and pepper when ready to grill. Add a good amount of cooking fat to a grill pan, and cook on high heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side until a nice golden brown crust forms. Serve with stir-fried onions and bell peppers.
