Greetings from the land that flows with milk and honey.

We hope the Lord has blessed you all with a healthy beginning of Autumn.

We are pleased to announce the completion of our remodeling project at Alpine Heritage Creamery.

The project included a total remodel of the interior of the creamery. We also added milk storage tanks, cheese vats, and packaging equipment.

The results is better working conditions for our cheesemaking team, more control over quality, and a 300% increase in cheesemaking capacity.

All these changes are designed to meet the fast growing demand for our premium A2A2 100% grass fed, GMO-Pfizer-Free rennet cheeses while still maintaining the small farmstead quality.

The farm has had a very interesting Summer with drought in the Spring, followed by very steady moisture though out the Summer, and resulting in one of the best Summer grass productions we have ever seen.

We wish you God’s blessing of peace, joy, and happiness as we move into the Fall.

Lamb Coming This Winter

Feels like Winter this week with 6-inches of snow at Burke’s Garden. The kids couldn’t wait to get out of school to go sledding down the hill. On the farm, this means the animals eat more food to stay warm and water troughs need to have ice broken each day.
