Chicken Drumsticks make a quick and delicious weeknight dinner.
The drumstick comes from the part of the leg below the knee.
Chicken drumsticks have a little more fat, which makes them juicier and a little more flavorful.
Mix a cooking fat of your choice in a small bowl with smoked paprika, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
Coat the chicken drumsticks with the seasoning mixture. Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy. Chop up some fresh parsley, sprinkle on top, and enjoy.
