Our Filet Mignon is naturally pasture raised and comes from 100% grass fed and finished cows that are antibiotic free, hormone free, corn & soy free, and GMO free.

Filet Mignon is known as the king of steaks.

It comes from the tenderloin (or the psoas major for you anatomy geeks), a muscle that rarely gets used, thus most tender.

This steak is best flash seared on the outside in grass fed butter and rare on the inside. Drizzle the buttery pan drippings on top and eat this tender and juicy dish fit for a queen. You can add broth, wine, or your favorite herbs and spices. Smell the flavors coming together.
