The Arm Roast leaner and more tender than a chewier and fatter chuck roast and is best braised. It can be slow cooked to make make a delicious pot roast or stew. The longer you simmer, the more tender it becomes. Because it's more tender, it can be sliced and to make juicy Swiss steaks.
