Wild for Salmon Nova Lox is smoked in small batches at an artisan smokehouse. Our Nova Lox is smoked using raw sugar, sea salt and natural wood smoke. The lox has a smooth and moist texture with a sweet and smoky, but subtle flavor. Our Nova Lox contains no nitrates or preservatives, therefore it is best to keep the salmon frozen until it’s ready to be eaten. Always refrigerate after thawing and eat within 5 days.
Traditionally, Nova Lox is usually served with bagels - however there are many great ways to enjoy lox! Because our Nova Lox is ready to eat and smoke you can really pair it with any flavor palate you see fit.
