The time your order spends in transit depends on your shipping method. Please view the map below. Beginning September 12th we will be switching to shipping every other week.
Please be sure to confirm your delivery date before placing an order. Your delivery date will be displayed on the top of every shop date with a deadline of the date to order by. Please note: There is also an order deadline of orders placed before 12 ET on the date shown left to order.
Any orders placed after Saturday at noon ET the week before we ship will not be shipped in that week's shipment. This cut off day/time is important when timing your order. Inclement weather and holidays may also delay shipping.
UPS does NOT guarantee how long it will take for your package to arrive. This map we created is only a best guess from our history of packages we shave shipped to current customer’s locations.
When we send "UPS Ground ", your package will likely take between 1-3 days based on our experience.
When we send “UPS” 2-Day Air, your package will likely take 2-3 days based on our experience.
We hope you understand that UPS’s delivery speed is not in our hands, neither is the location your UPS driver drops your package. Holidays, weather, and drivers all contribute to timeliness of your delivery.
We pass on your notes to UPS and it would be best for you to know what time your driver makes his rounds and even contact your driver personally and give them directions about where to place your package and bring it inside as soon as it arrives at your doorstep knowing that if one week you have a substitute driver, communication might get lost.
With all this said, we want your package to arrive fresh either frozen, partially thawed, or completely thawed and still below 42 degrees. If thawed and still cool you can either eat it or replace in the freezer without any risk. If your package arrives hot or spoiled, we will replace, refund, or give you store credit for the loss.
Thanks for your understanding as we ship your healthy food across the country in all four seasons.
